Sally Alderson is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist (and member of the Association of Massage Therapists) who brings a professional and compassionate approach to her massage treatments. She is passionate about supporting people to cope with the challenges of life.

Sally’s working life has always been driven by an interest in people and a desire to create positive change. She has facilitated the use of community transport for elderly people, helped people with disabilities to work in a community garden, taught English to children in South Korea and provided household goods to asylum seekers.

Sally, her husband and two daughters were delighted to move from Melbourne to Castlemaine in 2011, after visiting friends and family there for many years. With their daughters reaching primary school age, Sally embarked on a career in massage in 2014. She enjoys the personal interaction and the physical nature of the work and loves creating a space that feels welcoming and peaceful. In our busy and often stressful lives, Sally believes in making time to slow down and reconnect with our selves. She is fascinated by the human body and mind, the nature of pain and the effects of massage and loves researching and increasing her knowledge in these areas.

Sally looks forward to working with you towards reducing your stress and easing your pain. She respects that finding time for yourself is not always easy and wants you to feel rewarded for making this choice.
